  • Booking information: rental item(s), rental dates, participant count, and any answers you provide to our booking questions (including the renter-verification checkbox at checkout)
  • Payment information: processed directly by Shopify Payments, our payment processor. We do not store your full card number — Shopify handles that securely on our behalf.
  • Order and communication history: past rentals, emails, and form submissions
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically to help the Site function properly

How We Use Your Information

  • To create and fulfill your rental booking
  • To contact you about your booking (confirmations, pickup/return coordination, issues)
  • To detect and prevent fraudulent orders
  • To respond to inquiries submitted through our forms
  • To improve our Site and offerings

We do not sell your personal information.

Who We Share It With

We share information only as needed to run the business:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform and payment processor
  • Tipo Appointment — our booking software
