Like stress eating, if we're not satisfied, we're tempted to turn to something easy. Like food, purchases can either be a blessing to our life, or a curse: A home can bless a family or curse it. It's not the thing that's bad, but the motivation and the circumstances for the purchase that can cause harm. We cherish opportunities to work with individuals and families to be honest with finances and learn to dream about what truly brings peace and joy to our lives. Once that is decided, the budget, expenses, and future plans fall right into place.
Family Counsel Session
We think there's less of a need for "Professional counselors" and way more of a need for good listeners who ask God for wisdom, on other's behalf. We've committed to a life of Humility – Looking past our own perspective to consider we may not know everything there is to know. Relationships are hard: Past, present and future. We want to help people confess (Be honest - telling the truth) and engage the living God who knows each of us better than anyone else!
